Another tragic event in the Adriatic Sea Italian authorities reported that out of 26 people who were in a dinghy, the bodies of 5 dead people have been found, while the search for another group is still continuing. 12 are missing. 9 people survived (Page 9) The bodies of 5 lifeless people were recovered when the last Albanian information skiff collided with an Italian military ship in the waters of Otranto, and it is believed to have drifted by itself into the bay of Vlora. In the framework of the first testimonies, 5 corpses have been identified, while the Italian authorities continue searching for 12 missing persons. 9 people survived. OPINION SHIK? “National Intelligence Service,” with activity that is “excellent” and contradictory to its name? It is not, and cannot be, a “reformer,” because it does not become an “institution” simply by plastering over polished stone, nor by calling itself the “National disinformation service.” In this respect it in no way escapes the meaning: “It refuses to be inspected for the conditions it enjoys.” SHIK still continues to be the most dangerous commanded instrument of disinformation activity. It has never incorporated the values of living opposition to the state of being uncommanded. The Disinformation Intelligence Service has not been the property of only certain individuals. In its reforming (or renaming) as such, a part, not a small one, of an official is included… The victimization of SHIK has been carried out as a result of stepped-up interventions by families and services involved in the files. In the name of this service alone, laws were violated, opponents were imprisoned, documents were destroyed, and victims were produced in the name of “order.” In the whole history of Albania, no other structure has been spoken of for so many crimes as SHIK. Its actions have left deep traces in collective life, in the moral and political dismantling of the country. When will it be brought to account? Until when will it shelter sinners? (Page 8)
